Are the coasters from OSHPark complete?

Hi All,

I’m interested in building a kegberry system for my 10 tap tower. It looks like the coaster boards are only available from https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/pQYAw4Fq now - are these complete boards, or are they just cut and printed? If they are not complete, is there a list or schematic somewhere that would highlight the individual components I would need to buy? Or are there directions for how to install all of the components onto the board?

Also, is it possible to just use a CAT5 to USB converter such as:

instead of requiring a custom made Kegboard Coaster? Or does the Kegboard Coaster provide some other functionality beyond a simple CAT5 to USB converter?
