Help with build selection

I am new to Kegbot. I am looking for some assistance in selecting the parts that I need and how to get it all running.

Couple questions

I plan to get this:

Will that work or is it a cheap knock off that will pose problems?

a few questions.

  1. I wont need to do any soldering with this kit, correct? I am very handy, but would prefer to not have to go that route.
  2. Other than Flow sensors, tablet and Rpi is there anything else I would need that this kit does not have?
  3. This syetem will be able to have 2 flow sensors on it?

With that UNO R3, all i need to do is flash the kegbot firmware to it, correct?
