Hi. Loaded Buster on Pi3… Kegbot…Kegberry…Docker…Docker compose… still does not recognise controller…
Arduino Mega 2560 worked ok with Stretch and Kegbot etc.
With new setup. the RX led flashes… TX does not.
Serial monitor only shows jibberish…
Any ideas please?
Is the Mega picked up by the OS (Buster)?

How did you connect to the serial monitor? Directly via Buster ie:
#screen /dev/ttyACM0
When you start the composer what do you get in the first few lines of the log? this is mine picking up the controller:
